After a long winter, the beautiful spring comes and the cherry flowers in Sendai are in full blossoming!  FGL community committee organized a Ohanami Event last Sunday (April 17) to welcome the new semester, as well as to celebrate arrival of almost all 1st and 2nd-year FGL students. They eventually came to Sendai to start their university life on campus after a long period of online lessons. The 30 participants from 3 FGL courses enjoyed the beautiful sakura in 2 spots. Firstly they met at the Tsutsujigaoka park, then walked to the Katahita campus where "Sakura Light-up" was carried out as the university kicked off its 115th anniversary.
