Today, 10 new IMAC-U C3 class students started their university life in Tohoku University. The course orientation was held in the afternoon of Sep. 29, 2023, All new students and the professors of the Academic Committee, and members of Globalization Office presented the orientation. Several advisor professors and student tutors for C3 students also jointed the event. Prof. Murata, the chair of the Division of Mechanics, give a warm welcome message. The overview of the curriculum and the regulation on safety are explained. Afterwards, the new students gave self-introduction to the professors. Finally, students met the adviser professors and tutors in person to receive further information on the university life.

The lectures in the new semester will be started soon on Oct.2, 2023.
